Benjamin is a nationally recognised strategic advisor and transformation architect with more than 25 years of experience in enterprise systems, digital transformation and operational alignment. His background spans government, defence, mining logistics, technology, and large-scale organisational reform.

At EM Components & Parts, Benjamin leads the design of the systems that enable transparency, speed and accuracy across the entire procurement lifecycle. His expertise in enterprise architecture, data governance, workflow automation and integrated digital platforms ensures that every quote, supplier connection, and delivery pathway operates with the reliability mining operators expect.

Benjamin’s career includes interim C-suite roles, major digital infrastructure programs, and transformation of complex organisations under pressure, including the delivery of enterprise-wide HR and compliance systems, data-warehouse solutions, and the modernisation of ICT environments across state government and enterprise clients. His work commercialising high-security biometric technologies and leading multimillion-dollar programs further strengthens EM’s ability to operate at scale.

Alfredo brings over four decades of experience across the South American mining, construction and heavy-equipment sectors. Having held senior commercial and product-support roles with Gildemeister, Caterpillar, Finning, H-E Parts, Domex International and Terosys USA, he is one of the most well-connected industry figures in the region.

His strength lies in understanding what the South American market demands — and how to deliver it despite complex regulatory and logistical conditions. From cross-border movement and port constraints to remote-site delivery, Alfredo’s experience navigating these challenges gives EM Components & Parts a strong commercial and operational foothold in the region.

He now represents Equip Mining Australia across South America, applying his market insight and extensive network to support reliable sourcing, customer engagement and opportunity development.

Ralph brings more than 40 years of deep technical and commercial expertise across the mining-equipment sector.

He spent 25 years in senior positions with Komatsu across the USA, Canada, South America, Australia and Asia, working across product support, product development, valuation, and marketing.

Following his OEM career, Ralph provided global advisory services through Terosys Services LLC, guiding miners and OEMs on asset valuation, procurement strategy and fleet optimisation.

His ability to analyse fleet condition and asset value with precision gives EM Components & Parts unmatched credibility in supplier engagement, product verification and technical assurance.

Chris has spent his career delivering mining equipment into some of the world’s most challenging environments — politically, geographically and logistically.

From winning Komatsu tenders in competitive Indonesian markets to leading independent procurement operations in remote and high-risk regions, Chris has a reputation for delivering outcomes where others cannot.

He specialises in asset utilisation analysis, operating-cost modelling, supplier negotiation and full-life procurement strategy. Chris ensures EM Components & Parts operates with the same practical mindset he applied in the field: clear communication, informed decisions and results that stand up commercially.

Chris also holds qualifications as a Civil Engineer from the Queensland University of Technology.
